Concept

Develop the Concept; after working with you to gain a sound understanding of your needs we identify and evaluate potential solutions, taking into consideration the required tasks the Robot must perform.

Design

Then we Design the solution; taking into consideration the cycle time required, space available and budget constraints. Our Robot Cells are designed with the operator’s safety and convenience in mind.

Installation

Installation of the Robot; including selected ancillary equipment, the Robot’s safety cell and materials processing or handling solutions included in Advanced Robotics agreed scope of works, which is included in the detailed sale agreement.

Prior to installation, at you site, we pre-assemble and test the equipment.

The custom made cell is assembled on site.

After Installation we can train your operators to use the equipment and are available to talk you through issues, or set up programs for you.
